Low Fat Ambrosia Fruit Dip
A yummy fruit salad topping too!
Yield: 2 cups
Ingredients

(8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, softened

plain low fat yogurt

teaspoon |
vanilla
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
grated lemon rind or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
|
|
|

Equal sugar substitute

|
|
assorted fresh fruit, cheese and melon balls
|
|
|
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon rind. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit, cheese cubes or melon balls. May also be used as a topping for fruit salad.
